Terms of Service

AirLinks is a professional networking app that helps users discover nearby professionals and exchange professional profiles. These Terms are an agreement between you and AirLinks Support. Related privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to use AirLinks, and old enough under the laws of your location to agree to these Terms. If you are using AirLinks on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for the information associated with your AirLinks account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Provide accurate information, especially the email address used for account recovery and support. Notify AirLinks Support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Use AirLinks for lawful, professional networking. Do not use the app in a way that interferes with other users, the service, or nearby discovery features. You agree not to misuse location, profiles, or any AirLinks feature to harass, impersonate, or exploit others.

You choose what professional information to include in your AirLinks profile. Profile content you add may be visible to nearby AirLinks users as part of discovery. Do not include information you do not want other users to see. You represent that you have the right to share the professional information you post.

AirLinks uses location to determine which users are nearby and to power proximity-based networking. Some features may also use Bluetooth. You can control location permissions in iOS Settings. If you disable required permissions, nearby discovery may not work as intended. Location features depend on device capabilities, user settings, and whether other users are nearby and using AirLinks.

AirLinks may rely on third-party services such as sign-in providers, Apple in-app purchases, hosting, and email delivery. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. AirLinks is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

You may not:

• Violate applicable law or another person’s rights
• Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your professional identity
• Use AirLinks to spam, stalk, harass, or solicit in a harmful way
• Attempt to access another user’s account or reverse engineer the service
• Interfere with nearby discovery, location features, or service infrastructure
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt AirLinks

We may suspend or terminate access to AirLinks if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, if needed to protect users or the service, or if required by law. You may stop using AirLinks at any time and may request account deletion through the Account Deletion page.

AirLinks, including its name, design, and software, is owned by AirLinks Support or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you. You retain rights in the profile content you submit, and you grant AirLinks a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate the service.

AirLinks is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nearby discovery depends on permissions, device hardware, network conditions, and other users. We do not guarantee that you will find nearby users, that profiles will be complete or accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirLinks Support is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost opportunities, or service interruptions arising from your use of AirLinks. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of AirLinks after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
