How account deletion works

1. 1. Submit a request. Use this form or email AirLinks Support from the email address associated with your AirLinks account.
2. 2. We verify the request. We confirm that the request comes from the account holder before making changes.
3. 3. We process deletion. We will verify and process valid deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. Deletion is not instant unless our systems can complete it immediately after verification.

Deleting your account may permanently remove your profile and associated account data. Some limited records may be retained where needed to comply with law, prevent abuse, or complete existing transactions. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
